Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the MeetHola website and services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
MeetHola is operated by Marqeters LLC, doing business as MeetHola LLC. Our contact for terms matters is terms@meethola.ai.
Our services
MeetHola provides AI-powered marketing and patient communication systems for clinics. The specific systems, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each client are defined in the engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties. If any term in the engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter prevails.
Eligibility
Our services are designed for businesses, specifically allied health clinics and medical aesthetics practices. They are not intended for consumers. By signing up, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the practice or business.
Client responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and reasonable access needed to deliver the services.
- Obtain and maintain valid patient consent for all communications we send on your behalf.
- Secure any medical, regulatory, or internal sign-offs required before patient-facing messages go live.
- Use the services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Fees & payment
Fees, payment terms, and any performance-based arrangements are set out in your engagement letter. Advertising spend on platforms such as Meta or Google is paid directly by you to those platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
MeetHola retains all rights to its systems, templates, workflows, methods, and proprietary technology. You retain ownership of your own data, brand assets, and patient information. We will not use your brand assets except as needed to deliver the services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information and not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.
Compliance
Patient communications are configured to follow applicable rules, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and Dubai Health Authority requirements, and the Australian Spam Act 2003, AHPRA advertising guidelines, and Privacy Act 1988. Nothing patient-facing is sent without your required review and sign-off.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" and results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of your patient data, market conditions, and platform policies. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Counsel to finalise this section.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the engagement letter. On termination, we will follow our offboarding process to return or securely delete your data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
